AI Implementation & Consulting

An AI Assistant, wired into your business.

We map how your business actually runs, then build an AI Assistant connected to the tools you already use — so your team spends less time on busywork and more time on what moves the bottom line.

01 / WHAT WE DO

AI services for Manitoba businesses.

We work with construction companies, agricultural operations, mining outfits, and municipal organizations across Manitoba to bring AI into their day-to-day work. No jargon, no hype — just tools that solve real problems.

01

Process Automation

We identify the repetitive, manual workflows that eat up hours every week -- data entry, report generation, scheduling updates, inventory tracking -- and automate them. The goal is straightforward: free up time so people can focus on the work that actually needs a human touch.

02

AI-Powered Applications

We build custom applications with an AI Assistant at the core. These are not traditional apps with an AI feature tacked on -- the AI Assistant is the main way users interact with the system. We design them so non-technical staff can get things done by simply telling the app what they need, in plain language.

03

Consulting & Integration

Already have systems in place? We help bring AI into existing workflows and software. Whether it is connecting AI to accounting packages, project management tools, or field reporting systems, we figure out where AI adds real value and plug it in without disrupting what already works.

WORKFLOWS WE TAKE ON

One Assistant, across the whole operation.

The same approach reaches far beyond any single task. A sample of the everyday work the Assistant handles for construction and field teams:

  • Lowbed Coordination
  • Jobsite Scheduling
  • Crew Scheduling
  • Subcontractor Coordination
  • Look-Ahead Planning
  • Equipment Tracking
  • Maintenance Scheduling
  • Haul Tickets
  • Production Tracking
  • Daily Reporting
  • Timesheet Capture
  • Progress Updates
  • Quantity Takeoffs
  • Change Orders
  • Material Ordering
  • RFIs & Submittals
  • Safety Reporting
  • Certification Tracking
THE PRODUCT SIDE

Looking for the agents? They’re live.

What started as products-in-development is now WriCon Construction Agents — specialist AI agents running construction operations in production, starting with lowbed dispatch. If you’re here for the product rather than a custom engagement, that’s the page you want.

02 / RESULTS

Practical results, not hype.

AI is not about replacing people — it is about taking the tedious, error-prone tasks off their plates. Here is what that looks like for Manitoba businesses working tight timelines and a short season.

Time saved

Hours back in the day

Manual data entry, report generation, and scheduling updates add up fast. Automating these tasks gives teams hours back every week -- time that matters even more during Manitoba's compressed construction season when every working day counts.

Accuracy

Fewer data-entry mistakes

Manually keying in equipment hours, material quantities, and job costs invites errors that ripple through invoicing and reporting. AI handles the repetitive data work consistently, catching issues that tired eyes miss at the end of a long shift.

Plain language

Built for non-technical staff

Most construction workers did not sign up to learn enterprise software. We build AI tools that people use through plain language -- tell the system what happened or what needs to happen, and it takes care of the rest. No training manuals, no complex navigation.

Scale

Grows with the business

Whether the operation has five people or fifty, AI tools scale without adding headcount. As workload increases through the busy season or as the company takes on larger projects, the automation keeps up without extra staff for data processing.

03 / THE PROCESS

We map the work before we build a thing.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    Free. No pressure.

  2. 02

    Workflow audit

We map how the work really gets done.

  3. 03

    Build

    Iterative, in your real environment.

  4. 04

    Deploy & support

    Ongoing — not fire-and-forget.

04 / FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is AI integration?

AI integration means bringing artificial intelligence into the tools and workflows a business already uses. Instead of replacing everything with new software, we connect AI to existing systems so it can automate repetitive tasks, surface useful information, and help people make faster decisions. Think of it as adding a very capable assistant to the team's existing toolkit.

Do you build the AI yourselves?

The underlying AI models are proven, battle-tested foundation models — we don't train models from scratch. What we build is everything around them: the integrations, workflows, and controls that make AI genuinely useful inside a real operation. We also build our own product on that same craft — WriCon Construction Agents, live in production — so implementation clients get the standards a shipping product demands.

Do we need technical staff to use AI tools?

No. We specifically design AI tools for non-technical users. Construction superintendents, dispatchers, and field crews should be able to use the system without any IT background. If the software requires a manual to operate, we have not done our job. We build interfaces where people communicate with the AI in plain language.

How long does a typical AI project take?

It depends on the scope. A focused process automation project might take a few weeks. A full custom AI application built around an AI Assistant is a longer engagement -- typically a few months from initial discovery call to deployment. We work iteratively, so the team sees progress throughout rather than waiting for a big reveal at the end.

What does it cost?

Every project is different, so we provide quotes based on the specific scope and requirements after an initial discovery call. Contact us and we will give an honest assessment of what the work involves and what it will take.

What industries do you work with?

Our primary focus is construction and trades companies across Manitoba, but the same AI approaches work well in agriculture, mining, municipal operations, and other industries where field work, equipment management, and scheduling are part of daily operations. If the business involves coordinating people, equipment, and tasks in the real world, we can likely help.

Is our data safe?

Yes. We take data security seriously. Business data stays with the business -- we do not use client data to train models or share it with third parties. We follow industry-standard security practices for encryption, access controls, and data storage. During the initial discovery call, we discuss the specific data handling requirements for the project.
