What WriCon is

The WriCon app is a private operations tool for construction companies that work with WriCon Technologies. It is not a consumer service: every account is created by your company's administrator, and everything in the app is your company's own operational data — equipment, job sites, moves, dispatch messages.

What we collect

• Account details — the username, display name and role your administrator creates for you, and a password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Operational data you enter — equipment records, job sites, move requests, dispatch and chat messages. This is business data belonging to your company, processed to run its operations and for nothing else.
• Push notification tokens — if you turn notifications on, the app registers a device token so dispatch messages can reach your phone. Tokens are deleted when you sign out and expire automatically when you uninstall.
• Session and security logs — sign-ins and administrative actions are logged so your company has an audit trail.

What we don't do

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
• No sale or sharing of data with data brokers — ever.
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.
• No collection of your location by the app itself. Map directions open in your phone's own maps application.

Third-party services

Push notifications are delivered through Apple's and Google's notification services (APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging). Your device token and the notification text transit those services to reach your phone; they are used for delivery and nothing else. All other app traffic goes directly to your company's WriCon service over HTTPS.

Retention and deletion

Operational data is retained for as long as your company uses the platform, because it is your company's business record. Your administrator can disable or delete your account at any time; deleting an account removes its credentials and push registrations. For any data request, ask your administrator or contact us directly.
